What is the Difference between LBS and VCB

LBS:          

1. Load Break Switch is a basic isolating device utilized to safeguard and regulate the circuit under normal load current and overload current situations.


2. No arc suppression mechanism.


3. Limited Breaking Capacity.


4. Fuse employed as a protective component.




VCB:

1. Vacuum Circuit Breaker is an enclosed protective apparatus employed in distribution systems to safeguard and regulate the circuit during normal load current, overload current, and short circuit current scenarios.


2. Vacuum as the medium for arc extinction.


3. High Breaking Capacity.


4. Relay and CT serve as protective components.

Currently, I serve as a resident engineer electrical at the Modern Food Storage Facilities Project. In this role, he oversees the electrical aspects of the project, utilizing my technical knowledge to ensure the smooth installation and functioning of electrical systems.
